Over a period of four years Excel-erate assisted Shell UK, Egypt and Oman in the development and delivery of Safety Leadership workshops.
These workshops were targeted towards all team members working at Shell sites which also included drilling contractor and service provider personnel.
Excel-erate, along with our strategic partner Kognivate trained and developed onsite safety leadership coaches for all Shell operated ventures in the UK.
Audits, to review  the effectiveness of the Safety Leadership initiative were also conducted by Excel-erate personnel.

Excel-erate were asked to develop and deliver a Safety Coach Development Training for Safety Professionals working for TC Energy, at onshore and offshore construction projects in Mexico.
A series of dual language workshops (English /Spanish) were delivered in Houston, Tx. and Puerto Vallarta, Mx.

Excel-erate also delivered coaching skills development for Griffith Companies Safety Professional
This was followed by on-site coaching of Griffith Company Safety Department, Foremen and superintendents at locations across Southern Cailfornia (Inland Empire, Fresno, LA, San Diego and Bakerfield)
